Terms of Service
General
𓆩♡𓆪 Applicants are required to read the Terms of Service before inquiring for a commission. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.𓆩♡𓆪 You must be at least 18 and above to request a commission.𓆩♡𓆪 Please provide clear and accurate references when submitting your request. I am not responsible for inaccuracies caused by unclear or incomplete references.𓆩♡𓆪 I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.𓆩♡𓆪

Deadlines/Delivery
𓆩♡𓆪 Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.𓆩♡𓆪 If you require your commission by a specific date, please let me know before placing your order.𓆩♡𓆪 Rush orders may be accepted depending on my availability and will have an additional $20+ rush fee depending on the requested deadline and complexity.
𓆩♡𓆪 Rush orders are not guaranteed unless I have confirmed the deadline with you.𓆩♡𓆪 I will do my best to keep you updated if delays occur.𓆩♡𓆪 Completed commissioned artwork will be delivered through the method you prefer.
Revisions
𓆩♡𓆪 Up to 3 revisions are included for free.
𓆩♡𓆪 Any revisions beyond the included 3 will incur an additional $5 fee per revision.𓆩♡𓆪 Revisions are intended for small changes or corrections. Major changes to the original commission request, such as a new pose, outfit, character, or composition, will require an additional fee.
Payment
𓆩♡𓆪 Payment is via VGen or PayPal in USD ONLY.𓆩♡𓆪 50% of the payment must be paid before the sketch begins. 50% of the payment must be paid after the sketch is completed and approved.𓆩♡𓆪 Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you have an issue with your commission, please contact me so we can resolve the situation.
Refund
𓆩♡𓆪 If I am unable to begin your commission for whatever reason, you will be reimbursed.𓆩♡𓆪 If I need to cancel your commission, you will be notified and refunded for any work that has not been completed.𓆩♡𓆪 Refunds are available only before the lineart stage. Once the lineart has been completed and approved, refunds will no longer be available.𓆩♡𓆪 Refunds will not be provided for completed artwork simply because the client has changed their mind.

𓆩♡𓆪 AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI/NFT datasets or activities.
𓆩♡𓆪 You may not change, edit, or reproduce the commissioned artwork without my permission.𓆩♡𓆪 I retain the rights to the artwork I create.
𓆩♡𓆪 I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my portfolio, social media, and other promotional platforms.𓆩♡𓆪 Commissions are for Personal Use only.
𓆩♡𓆪 You may use the commissioned artwork for personal profile pictures, wallpapers, personal posts, and other non-commercial purposes.𓆩♡𓆪 Commissioning artwork does not transfer the copyright or intellectual property rights of the artwork to the client.
